Business Development Associate

Ezify SMC Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Associate with experience in US sales to join our team. The successful candidate will focus on generating leads through outbound calls and targeted email campaigns, nurturing customer relationships, and supporting overall sales growth. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently while collaborating effectively with sales and marketing teams to meet and exceed performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote company services and generate qualified leads.
- Develop and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to attract and engage prospective clients.
- Manage and update the customer database to ensure timely follow-ups and strong relationship management.
- Identify customer needs, provide detailed information about products and services, and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to create and refine outreach strategies that maximize lead generation.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to calls, emails, and conversions.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on call performance, email campaign effectiveness, and overall lead generation activities.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outbound calling, sales, business development, telemarketing, or a similar role focused on US campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage clients professionally and clearly.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic sales environment.
