Business Development Associate

NSOL BPO, a dynamic and growing business process outsourcing company, is seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to join their onsite team in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. This role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to start a career in business development and international client acquisition. The position offers hands-on experience working with various business development channels such as LinkedIn, email marketing, Apollo, and social media platforms to identify potential clients, generate leads, and support overall business growth. Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time), with a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 60,000 to 100,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities in international markets.
- Generate and qualify leads using LinkedIn, Apollo, social media, and other prospecting tools.
- Conduct professional outreach to prospective clients via email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Support and execute email marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
- Build and maintain accurate prospect lists and lead information.
- Coordinate effectively with prospects, internal teams, and management.
- Follow up consistently with potential clients to maintain communication.
- Learn and utilize new business development tools, platforms, and strategies efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, responses, leads, and follow-ups.
- Work towards achieving assigned business development and lead-generation targets.
- Continuously improve outreach, communication, and prospecting techniques based on feedback and results.

Required Qualifications
