Healthwire is seeking a motivated Business Development Consultant for Pharmacy Franchises to support strategic growth initiatives alongside the Franchise Acquisition Lead. Based at the Head Office, you will serve as the primary point of contact for entrepreneurs and investors interested in the Healthwire franchise opportunity. Your role will involve educating prospective partners about the franchise model, guiding them through the investment process, and successfully onboarding them as franchisees.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads for Healthwire pharmacy franchises through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Clearly present the franchise model, investment requirements, and expected returns to prospective partners.
- Understand each client’s goals and recommend the most suitable franchise package.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with operations, legal, and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition for new franchisees.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and deal progress within the CRM system.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly franchise acquisition targets.
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management for strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, franchise sales, or pharmaceutical sales. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also be considered.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Urdu.
- Confidence in handling client calls and building long-term professional relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Healthwire offers a competitive salary package ranging from Rs75,000 to Rs130,000 per month, along with attractive commissions and performance-based incentives.
