Business Development Executive – Accounts

We are seeking a motivated Mid-Level Business Development Executive with a strong background in accounting or relevant studies to join our team in Lahore. This full-time, onsite role requires working hours from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 70,000 to 80,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals tailored to client needs.
- Understand client requirements thoroughly and provide suitable, value-driven solutions.
- Achieve assigned business development and sales targets consistently.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently and effectively.

Required Qualifications
- Mid-level experience in Business Development or Sales, with a minimum of 2 years in each area.
- Educational background or relevant qualifications in Accounting.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage clients and close deals.
- Proven ability to handle clients professionally and build lasting relationships.
