SRK Care at Home, based in Maryland, USA, is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join their team remotely from Pakistan. This role focuses on expanding awareness of nonmedical in-home care services within Maryland by building and nurturing relationships with referral partners. The successful candidate will conduct research, initiate professional outreach, and coordinate meetings to support the U.S. team in developing lasting partnerships with organizations serving adults, seniors, and families. This position requires availability during agreed working hours that overlap with the U.S. Eastern time zone and involves close collaboration with the U.S.-based team, who manage local visits, client assessments, and service decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential referral partners such as senior living communities, community organizations, discharge planning teams, and healthcare practices.
- Conduct outreach through email, phone, and LinkedIn to introduce SRK Care at Home and schedule conversations with the U.S. team.
- Maintain accurate records of contacts, outreach activities, follow-ups, and meeting notes within the company’s CRM system.
- Assist in preparing outreach materials and coordinate educational meetings with partners.
- Track and analyze outreach results, providing suggestions to improve engagement strategies.
- Communicate professionally and adhere to company policies regarding the handling of confidential information.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or outreach; experience in healthcare, home care, or the U.S. market is preferred.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Confidence in making professional calls and building relationships remotely.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, spreadsheets, email platforms, and LinkedIn for outreach.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and consistently follow through on commitments.
- Availability to work during hours that overlap with the U.S. Eastern time zone.
