Business Development Executive – USA & UK Markets

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team based in North Nazimabad, Karachi. This full-time role focuses on expanding our professional laundry services across the USA and UK markets. The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience in international business development or B2B sales, with a strong track record in lead generation and client acquisition. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth by converting prospects into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business development strategies targeting the USA and UK markets.
- Identify potential B2B customers through online research, LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and other lead-generation methods.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Engage with business owners, managers, and decision-makers to introduce and promote our laundry services.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with international clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate laundry service solutions.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and service packages.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing, including timely follow-ups.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and customer segments.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
- Provide regular sales and business development reports to management.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Business Development, International Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Proven experience working with international markets, specifically the USA and/or UK.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Strong understanding of international B2B sales processes.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficient negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience using LinkedIn, CRM systems, email outreach, and other lead-generation tools.
- Ability to independently identify prospects and develop new business opportunities.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive mindset.
- Willingness and ability to work according to US and UK time zones when required.
- Must be able to work on-site from our North Nazimabad, Karachi office.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Experience selling services to industries such as hotels and hospitality, restaurants, healthcare and care facilities, gyms and fitness centers, salons and spas, property management, uniform/workwear businesses, facility management, laundry and dry-cleaning services, or other B2B service-based sectors will be considered an advantage.
