Business Development Executive (Digital Marketing)

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with expertise in Digital Marketing to join our team in Lahore. This full-time, on-site role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 100,000 to PKR 150,000. The successful candidate will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and leveraging digital marketing channels to generate leads and increase revenue. This position requires a motivated professional who can work collaboratively with internal teams and consistently meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and convert prospective clients through outbound outreach and digital marketing funnels.
- Present company products and services to potential clients, conduct meetings, and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Work closely with marketing and technical teams to develop persuasive business proposals and pitch decks.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to discover new business opportunities.
- Manage and maintain the sales pipeline using CRM tools to ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in Business Development, B2B sales, or digital lead generation.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, including PPC, social media marketing, SEO basics, and email outreach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
