Business Development Executive (Female)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will focus on generating new business opportunities and managing relationships with US-based clients. This role involves understanding client requirements and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver tailored IT solutions, including app development, game development, 2D/3D services, and CMS platforms. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work onsite during evening or night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and develop business opportunities with US-based clients.
- Manage IT sales across various services such as App Development, Game Development, 2D/3D Services, CMS, and other IT solutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business needs and project requirements.
- Coordinate client meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Liaise with internal teams to convey client requirements clearly and ensure appropriate solution delivery.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into confirmed sales.

Required Qualifications:
- 0 to 3 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or a related field.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle client interactions professionally.
- Basic understanding of IT services and software development is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with US-based clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Additional Information:
This is an onsite position located in Gulshan e Iqbal, Karachi. Candidates must be available to work either the evening shift (3 PM to 12 AM) or the night shift (7 PM to 4 AM). Please note that no transportation facility is provided. The monthly salary range for this role is Rs 25,000 to Rs 150,000, depending on experience and performance.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
