Business Development Executive

MicroAgility APAC is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Islamabad. This full-time, onsite role operates from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our growth in the North American market. Key Responsibilities
- Engage prospects through bold cold calls and personalized emails, utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn and ZoomInfo to connect with decision-makers.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding their challenges, establishing trust, and providing tailored solutions.
- Drive business growth by generating leads, negotiating deals, and consistently exceeding sales targets with creativity and confidence.
- Create impactful marketing content and enhance the company’s brand presence on social media channels.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and maximize results.
- Track and report on sales activities, sharing insights to support continuous improvement and growth.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in full-cycle business development, preferably within services-as-a-solution or related industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building rapport and engaging clients effectively.
- Proven ability to make confident cold calls, generate quality leads, and close deals independently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and strong data management practices.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets through a self-motivated and proactive approach.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections professionally.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
