Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Proposal & Bid Management: Prepare and coordinate responses for Expressions of Interest (EOIs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and Requests for Proposals (RFPs). This includes drafting technical and financial proposals, compliance forms, and supporting documentation. Ensure all submissions comply with tender specifications, formatting standards, and deadlines.

- Technical Content & Documentation: Develop and maintain accurate, consistent technical and commercial documentation aligned with client requirements. Manage internal document repositories, templates, and process guidelines to facilitate efficient proposal development. Assist in preparing client presentations, partnership materials, and internal documents.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance: Work closely with business development, legal, and technical teams to produce comprehensive, compliant, and competitive bid packages. Maintain confidentiality and ensure all documentation adheres to internal policies and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

- 2 to 3 years of experience in technical content writing, proposal development, or business documentation.

- Strong understanding of bidding and tender compliance, particularly in preparing technical and financial proposals.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information clearly.

- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively under tight deadlines.

- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively, demonstrating full ownership of tasks.

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Business, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
