Radiant Solutions RS (Pvt) Ltd, a well-established IT agency based in Karachi since 2005, is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive specializing in lead generation and appointment setting. This full-time, on-site role is based at our Karachi office located in Cantonment Shopping Mall. The ideal candidate will be proactive in generating high-quality leads and skilled in managing client interactions, particularly within the US and UK markets. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with a dynamic sales team to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads using platforms such as Bark.com, Upwork, LinkedIn, Clutch, and others.
- Execute cold emailing campaigns and conduct LinkedIn outreach to engage potential clients.
- Manage warm leads by building rapport and scheduling meetings with prospective clients in the US and UK.
- Prepare tailored proposals and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales closing team to convert leads into revenue.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in lead generation within an IT or digital agency environment.
- Strong familiarity with lead generation platforms including Bark.com, Upwork, Thumbtack, Freelancer, and LinkedIn.
- Proficiency in using cold emailing tools such as Apollo, Hunter, Instantly, Lemlist, or similar software.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with international clients.
- A target-driven mindset with the ability to identify and set qualified appointments.
