Elite Star Management Consultancies LLC (ESMC), based in Dubai, is seeking motivated Business Development Executives (female/male) to join its US consultancy operations from Karachi. This is a full-time, long-term position working US business hours remotely from Pakistan. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted outbound calls to US small and medium businesses to introduce and promote bookkeeping, accounts, and tax services.
- Qualify potential clients, schedule meetings for senior consultants, and follow up to help close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and deals using the company’s CRM system (HubSpot).
- Coordinate daily with the Head Office in Dubai to ensure alignment and smooth operations.

Required Qualifications
- Fluent spoken and written English is essential for effective communication with US clients.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role involving outbound calling, telesales, business development, or client handling.
- Candidates must be based in Karachi and able to work hybrid (mostly remote with occasional in-person meetings and training).
- Reliable access to a personal laptop, stable internet connection, and power backup for remote work days.
