Business Development Executive

Netizen Media is seeking a confident, energetic, and target-driven Business Development Executive to join their team in Karachi. This role focuses on acquiring local clients across the city by building strong relationships and converting prospects into paying customers. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of how to approach businesses, engage with decision-makers, and present tailored digital marketing solutions. This position offers significant earning potential through a combination of a base income and attractive performance-based commissions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify new business leads within the Karachi market.
- Reach out to potential clients using various channels such as calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct visits.
- Schedule and conduct meetings to understand client needs and present relevant services.
- Propose digital marketing solutions including social media marketing, paid advertising, lead generation, website development, and CRM services.
- Prepare detailed proposals and quotations, followed by timely follow-ups.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with local businesses.
- Consistently achieve monthly client acquisition and revenue targets.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in a B2B or agency environment.
- Strong knowledge of the Karachi business landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and conducting face-to-face meetings.
- Target-oriented mindset with motivation driven by performance-based earnings.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services is advantageous.
- Proficiency in both English and Urdu.
