WhiteAce Healthcare Ltd is expanding its team and seeking two motivated professionals to join the UK healthcare and day care recruitment sector. We are looking for a Business Development Executive based in Lahore to help us win new clients, build long-term relationships with UK care groups and day care providers, and grow key accounts. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the UK healthcare and day care recruitment market.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with care groups and day care providers.
- Manage and grow existing key accounts to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions and business meetings.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Business Development Executive role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Lahore during the specified working hours.
Additional Information:
- Location: Lahore (On-site)
- Working Hours: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Salary: Competitive and based on experience, with pay up to Rs90,000 per month
