Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US-based customers
- Confidently present company services and close sales deals

- Consistently achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales targets

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education of Intermediate; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Confident, target-driven, and receptive to coaching
- Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
- Willingness to work night shifts from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM

The monthly salary for this role ranges from PKR 40,000 to 60,000, plus performance incentives. Working days are Monday through Friday, with weekends off.
