JNJ Polymer Industries (Pvt.) Limited is a well-established manufacturing company specializing in high-quality Plastic Masterbatch and Polymer Compounds. Our product range includes Plastic Fillers, Color and Additive Masterbatch, and specialized Polymer Compounds primarily used in PP and PE based plastics. We pride ourselves on delivering superior products tailored to the needs of various plastic manufacturing industries. Currently, we are seeking motivated Sales Executives to join our team in Lahore on a full-time, on-site basis. The successful candidates will play a key role in driving sales growth, maintaining client relationships, and exploring new business opportunities within the industrial plastics sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential and current clients.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and report regularly on sales performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and client support.
- Travel as required to attend client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Polymer, or Chemical Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably within the plastics or polymer industry.
- Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing sales data.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client engagement and business growth.
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information:
- Candidates with prior experience in polymer compounds or plastic masterbatch sales will be highly regarded.
- The position is based at Sundar Industrial Estate, Raiwind Road, Lahore.
- We are looking to fill five positions for this role.
