Business Development Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our truck dispatching team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, establishing strong client relationships, and expanding our customer base. This position requires a proactive approach to sales and client management, ensuring smooth coordination with the dispatch team to deliver excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
- Reach out to potential clients and effectively introduce our truck dispatching services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Manage sales calls, follow-ups, and respond promptly to client inquiries.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets consistently.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client communications for effective tracking.
- Collaborate closely with the dispatch team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to increase business growth and client acquisition.

Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, or B2B Sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a confident and professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Target-driven and self-motivated with a focus on achieving results.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

- This is a full-time position based in Lahore, with work conducted in person.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs50,000.
