Business Development Executive

Brookfield SVC is looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive to join its team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and business development, particularly focused on construction estimating services for the USA market. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients in the USA to promote construction estimating services.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with prospective clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into clients successfully.
- Manage the sales pipeline efficiently and perform regular follow-ups with potential clients.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets to support the company’s growth objectives.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or lead generation.
- Prior experience selling construction estimating services in the USA market is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify potential clients and generate qualified leads.
- A target-oriented mindset with a strong focus on sales and client acquisition.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in related industries such as construction estimating, architectural services, engineering services, or outsourcing services is highly desirable.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs100,000.
