Business Development Executive

HG Markets (Pvt.) Ltd., based in Lahore, is offering an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates to start their careers in the financial services and marketing sectors. This role provides hands-on experience with Pakistan’s leading financial markets, including the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) and the Pakistan Mercantile Exchange (PMEX). Candidates will receive comprehensive training and gain valuable industry knowledge while working full-time in a dynamic office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generating leads to build a strong client base
- Conducting cold calls and telemarketing to engage potential clients
- Holding in-house meetings with clients to understand their needs
- Assisting clients with account opening procedures on PMEX
- Providing financial trading services related to stocks and commodities

Required Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates only
- Degree holders in BBA (Marketing), BBA (Business Administration), or BS Marketing & Business

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- No prior experience is required as full training will be provided
- Training stipend of Rs. 24,500 during the training period
- Fixed allowance plus commission structure, with earning potential up to Rs. 60,000 or more
- Full-time, office-based position with working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday
