Business Development Executive

MZ Digital Studio is seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to join their team in Lahore on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of proven sales experience, particularly within the local market. This role demands a confident, results-driven professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can effectively identify and convert sales opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating deals, and contributing to the company’s growth through proactive business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through local market visits, networking, and client outreach.
- Approach potential clients confidently and establish strong professional relationships.
- Communicate effectively to understand customer needs and present appropriate services.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales.
- Negotiate professionally while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client-dealing, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Confidence in approaching new customers and building business relationships.
- Self-motivated, professional, and target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Experience in local market sales is preferred.
- Educational background in Mass Communication, Film and Television, Media Studies, or related fields is advantageous.
