Timings: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Job Overview We are looking for a confident and results-driven Business Development Executive with strong English communication skills and experience in B2B sales, cold calling, and international client outreach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging prospective clients, promoting company services, and driving business growth in international markets. Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls and business development activities targeting UK and US markets.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities.
Present company services and effectively communicate their value to prospects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Handle objections, negotiate with prospects, and convert leads into clients.
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM.
Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Telesales, or Cold Calling (mandatory).
Proven experience in B2B sales and international client outreach (mandatory).
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Confident in dealing with international clients, particularly UK and US markets.
Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
Experience with LinkedIn prospecting, CRM tools, or email outreach is a plus.
Prior experience in an international sales or call center environment is preferred.
