Business Development Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive based in Johar Town, Lahore. This full-time, on-site position requires working the night shift and offers a competitive salary range of Rs65,000 to Rs100,000 per month. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of practical experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and business development, specifically through freelancing and professional networking platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, and LinkedIn. Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire international clients using Fiverr, Upwork, and LinkedIn.
- Identify new business opportunities across various industries and service categories.
- Prepare and submit professional proposals, bids, and quotations.
- Communicate effectively with international clients to understand their project requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, project terms, and service agreements to close deals.
- Convert potential leads into successful projects and establish long-term client relationships.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with international clients.
- Manage follow-ups and maintain an organized business development pipeline.
- Consistently achieve client acquisition and revenue targets.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in business development, freelancing, or client acquisition.
- Proven expertise with Fiverr, Upwork, and LinkedIn platforms.
- A strong professional portfolio demonstrating previous successful projects and client acquisitions.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong negotiation abilities.
