Business Development Executive

Mugshei Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and goal-oriented individuals to join its international B2B sales team, focusing on the USA printing and packaging market. This full-time, onsite role is based in Garden Town, Lahore, with working hours from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM, Monday through Friday. The position involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their business needs, and converting inquiries into successful sales. Candidates with strong communication skills who enjoy building and maintaining customer relationships will find this opportunity rewarding.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inquiries from potential USA-based customers.
- Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable packaging products.
- Clearly discuss product specifications, pricing, quantities, and customization options.
- Prepare and coordinate quotations in collaboration with internal teams.
- Negotiate customer requirements and maintain ongoing relationships.
- Follow up with interested prospects to secure orders and close sales.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills for effective communication with international clients.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Previous experience in sales or business development is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in international B2B sales is an advantage.
- Approximately 90% of leads are inbound inquiries from customers already interested in the products, with the remaining 10% involving follow-ups and sales discussions.
- Competitive salary ranging from PKR 80,000 to 100,000 per month, plus an attractive commission structure.
- Work onsite in a dynamic environment focused on the USA market.
- This position requires physical presence at the Garden Town office; remote work is not available.
