Business Development Executive (Medical Billing)

MicroAgility APAC is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth in the North American market. This full-time, onsite role is based in G-11/Markaz, Islamabad, with working hours from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Key Responsibilities
- Engage Prospects: Initiate bold cold calls and craft personalized emails to connect with decision-makers using platforms such as LinkedIn and ZoomInfo.
- Build Relationships: Understand client challenges, establish trust, and propose tailored solutions that contribute to their success.
- Drive Results: Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and consistently exceed sales targets with confidence and creativity.
- Create Impact: Develop compelling marketing content and enhance our brand presence on social media channels.
- Collaborate: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and maximize overall impact.
- Track Progress: Maintain detailed reports on activities and share insights to support continuous growth and improvement.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in full-cycle business development, preferably within services-as-a-solution, medical billing, or related industries.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport effectively.
- Creativity in drafting emails, LinkedIn messages, and social media engagement strategies.
- Proven track record in making confident cold calls, generating quality leads, and closing deals.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data management best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets with a self-driven approach.
- Confidence in handling objections and negotiating contracts successfully.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a dynamic team environment.
