Business Development Executive

NSOL BPO, a dynamic business process outsourcing company serving clients across the United States and other international markets, is seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to join their onsite team in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. This role is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to start a career in business development and international client acquisition. The position involves working from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) and offers a monthly salary ranging from PKR 60,000 to 100,000. Candidates will gain hands-on experience with various business development channels such as LinkedIn, email marketing, Apollo, social media platforms, and other prospecting tools to identify potential clients, generate leads, and support the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities in international markets.
- Generate and qualify leads using LinkedIn, Apollo, social media, and other prospecting platforms.
- Conduct professional outreach to prospective clients through email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Support and execute email marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
- Build and maintain prospect lists, ensuring accurate lead information.
- Coordinate effectively with prospects, internal teams, and management.
- Follow up consistently with potential clients to maintain communication.
- Learn and utilize new business development tools, platforms, and strategies efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, responses, leads, and follow-ups.
- Work towards achieving assigned business development and lead-generation targets.
- Continuously improve outreach, communication, and prospecting techniques based on feedback and results.

Required Qualifications
