Business Development Executive - Remote

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team remotely from Lahore, Pakistan. This full-time, entry-level position involves reaching out to US-based businesses to identify and secure retail locations for charitable fundraising campaigns. The role requires working night shifts from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM PKT, offering a competitive salary range of 60,000 to 65,000 PKR.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact US businesses to introduce and promote charitable fundraising campaigns.
- Identify potential retail locations suitable for hosting fundraising activities.
- Schedule and confirm bookings with retail partners to ensure campaign success.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and bookings in the company database.
- Collaborate with the fundraising team to align outreach efforts with campaign goals.
- Provide timely updates and reports on progress and challenges encountered during outreach.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with US businesses.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of business development or sales principles.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently during night shifts.
- Proficiency with standard office software and CRM tools is preferred but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is an advantage but not required.
