Business Development Executive - WPC

Glass World Innovation, a leader in the glass processing industry, operates Buraq Profiles, a trusted name known for delivering high-quality uPVC Windows & Doors as well as WPC Doors. We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Executive specializing in WPC products to join our team. This full-time position is based in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and offers a competitive monthly salary of up to Rs50,000. The role requires in-person attendance and is ideal for candidates with relevant industry experience looking to grow their career in sales within the wood, sheets, or WPC sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell WPC doors and related products to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the assigned territory.
- Provide product knowledge and technical information to customers to assist in their purchasing decisions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality service.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to support management decision-making.
- Participate in market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends.

Required Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in a relevant field.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in sales related to wood, sheets, or WPC products.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work on-site in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa.
