Nexera Global Tech is a supply chain audit and optimization firm dedicated to helping organizations identify cost leakages, enhance operational efficiency, and streamline their supply chain processes across procurement, sourcing, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and planning. We are seeking an experienced Business Development & Growth Professional to spearhead our commercial expansion efforts and establish a robust client acquisition engine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B growth and sales strategy from the ground up.
- Identify and engage senior decision-makers and C-suite executives, including CEOs, Directors, and COOs.
- Generate and convert business opportunities through networking, referrals, outbound outreach, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and manage the sales pipeline and oversee the entire client acquisition process.
- Lead client discussions to understand their business challenges and collaborate with the technical team to deliver tailored solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in B2B business development, enterprise sales, or consultative selling.
- Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions or services to organizations.
- Strong professional network and deep understanding of corporate decision-making processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to independently build markets and generate new business opportunities from scratch.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
Candidates with experience in management consulting, supply chain or logistics services, ERP or software solutions such as SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics, industrial solutions, or sectors like manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceutical, and textile will be highly preferred.
