The Business Development Intern position is an on-site role based in Punjab, Pakistan. The intern will assist the business development team by identifying potential clients, supporting lead generation campaigns, and conducting market research to uncover new opportunities and industry trends. Daily responsibilities include preparing prospect lists, updating CRM or sales tracking tools, coordinating with internal teams to gather product information, and supporting outreach efforts via emails, calls, and social media platforms. The intern will also help maintain client relationships by providing responsive customer service, assist in preparing presentations and proposals, and contribute to sales and pipeline reporting. This internship provides practical exposure to a dynamic tech environment and valuable experience in business development and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential clients to support lead generation efforts.
- Conduct market research to analyze competitors, customer segments, and emerging industry trends.
- Prepare and maintain prospect lists and update CRM or sales tracking systems regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect accurate product and service information.
- Support outreach activities through email campaigns, phone calls, and social media engagement.
- Assist in maintaining positive client relationships by handling inquiries and providing timely responses.
- Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports on pipeline activities.
- Collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights to aid decision-making.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, along with professional interpersonal abilities.
- Experience or aptitude in lead generation, including identifying prospects and supporting sales outreach.
- Proficiency in conducting market research and presenting findings clearly.
- Customer service skills to manage client interactions and maintain a positive experience.
- Genuine interest in technology, SaaS, or digital products, with a willingness to learn about TechAbout’s platforms.
- Familiarity with productivity tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and online collaboration platforms; knowledge of CRM systems is advantageous.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a business, marketing, management, or related academic program. Prior internship or project experience in sales or business development is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Punjab, Pakistan, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and collaborate within a diverse team.
