Business Development Intern

Regbits Pvt. Ltd. is offering an exciting internship opportunity for four fresh graduates in Computer Science who are eager to develop their skills in business development, client communication, and freelancing platforms. This internship is based onsite at DHA Phase 3, Lahore, with working hours from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The duration of the internship is three months, with a monthly stipend of PKR 30,000. Successful interns may be considered for a full-time position, with salary and role suitability determined by their performance during the internship.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant projects and business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
- Assist in bidding and proposal preparation on freelancing platforms such as Upwork and LinkedIn.
- Customize proposals according to client requirements to increase the chances of winning projects.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients and follow up on leads to maintain engagement.
- Analyze project requirements and coordinate with technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility.
- Maintain and manage leads and project opportunities systematically to track progress and outcomes.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduate holding a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Basic understanding of technologies such as MERN Stack, MEAN Stack, AI/ML, or related areas.
- Familiarity with freelancing platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn is considered an advantage.
- Good analytical and research skills to identify and evaluate business opportunities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to work onsite at the DHA Phase 3 location in Lahore.
