Business Development Intern

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to join our team in Johar Town, Lahore. This full-time, on-site role involves working evening shifts from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and managing client relationships through effective outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads using LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and other relevant platforms.
- Identify and approach prospective clients to explore business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings with potential clients and conduct timely follow-ups.
- Maintain and update lead databases while tracking all outreach activities.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to achieve assigned sales targets.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage and build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation tools.
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet or exceed targets.

Additional Information:
This position requires working on-site at our Johar Town office in Lahore. The monthly salary range is Rs20,000 to Rs30,000. Candidates should be currently residing in Lahore and available to work the specified evening shift. Prompt joining availability is preferred.
