Business Development Intern(Upwork)

Orax Technologies is seeking a motivated Business Development Intern focused on Upwork to join their team. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and search for relevant projects on Upwork.
- Assist in preparing and submitting tailored proposals to potential clients.
- Conduct research on prospective clients and new business opportunities.
- Communicate with prospects and support follow-up activities.
- Learn the processes of Upwork bidding, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Maintain organized records of proposals, leads, and client responses.
- Support the Business Development team in meeting sales targets and objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and client engagement.
- Basic understanding of the Upwork platform is advantageous.
- Good research, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of software or IT services is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Internship stipend of PKR 15,000 per month.
- Performance-based commission on successfully closed projects.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- The internship duration is three months, with the possibility of extension.
