The company provides a wide range of analytical laboratory services, including water, wastewater, chemical, product, and environmental regulatory testing across various industries such as textile, leather, footwear, pharmaceutical, and food. In addition, Envi Tech AL offers calibration services for industrial and laboratory equipment, including temperature and pressure gauges, process controllers, weighing scales, and flow meters. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base within target sectors including textile, leather, footwear, pharmaceutical, and food industries.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through thorough market research and proactive outreach.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations that effectively communicate the benefits and value of Envi Tech AL’s services to prospective clients.
- Assist in developing tailored proposals and commercial offers that meet specific client requirements.
- Manage client accounts by maintaining consistent communication and fostering strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate closely with technical and operations teams to ensure service solutions align with client needs, supporting revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities and pipeline progress, providing regular reports to identify new market opportunities and track performance.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in business development, lead generation, sales, or account management, ideally within environmental services, laboratory testing, calibration, or related technical fields.
- Strong skills in new business development and client relationship management, including negotiation and partnership building.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex services to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related discipline is required.
- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM systems, along with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, capable of managing priorities in a fast-paced, on-site work environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Relevant industry certifications will be considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with industrial sectors such as textile, leather, footwear, pharmaceutical, and food, along with knowledge of global compliance or certification standards, is beneficial.
- Experience working alongside technical teams to translate complex technical services into clear client value propositions is preferred.
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits as required.
- Competitive monthly salary range between Rs50,000 and Rs80,000.
- This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Karachi Division.
