Bridgegold, a private investment group serving high-net-worth families and investors across more than 20 countries, is seeking a Business Development Manager focused on B2B partnerships. The successful candidate will develop and maintain relationships with professionals who serve wealthy clients, such as private bankers, wealth managers, family offices, lawyers, tax advisers, and accountants. - Manage and nurture partner relationships over the long term to ensure ongoing collaboration.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and keep daily task logs up to date.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B business development, corporate relationship management, or partnerships.
- Demonstrated success in building relationships with banks, financial institutions, or corporate partners.
- Experience working with clients or companies outside Pakistan.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and confidence presenting to senior-level stakeholders.
- Proficient in CRM usage and comfortable integrating AI tools into daily workflows.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fully remote environment.
Industry Background (at least one required)
- Banking (corporate or relationship management)
- Fintech or financial services
- Wealth management or investment services
- Investment migration (residency or citizenship by investment)
- Real estate or investment networks serving international clients
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Existing network of contacts with bankers, lawyers, or advisers is advantageous.
- Experience working with markets in Nigeria, Africa, or the Middle East is a plus.
- Familiarity with task management tools such as Todoist is beneficial.
