BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (CIVIL WORKS PROJECTS)

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager specializing in civil works projects to join our team in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction and proven experience in identifying and securing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new civil construction projects, including buildings, villas, infrastructure, and related civil works.
- Develop and nurture business opportunities with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Prepare comprehensive proposals, quotations, tenders, and commercial presentations tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate contracts effectively to ensure favorable terms and successful project acquisition.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to stay ahead in the industry.
