We are currently seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our expanding team. In this role, you will collaborate with skilled professionals and contribute to the company’s growth by developing market strategies and strengthening client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify sales targets and key opinion leaders within the industry.
- Present FxPro’s products and services to potential new clients effectively.
- Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities.
- Analyze and identify key markets, providing valuable insights to the management team.
- Develop and implement strategic plans tailored to specific markets.
- Organize webinars and promotional activities aimed at targeted markets.
- Maintain strong and positive relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with current and potential business contacts.
- Represent the company at major industry events to expand network and visibility.
- Accurately document all business development activities and outcomes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar industry or role.
- Fluency in one or more South Asian languages is essential.
- Proficient in computer applications, with strong command of Google Workspace tools.
- Ability to perform well under pressure, adapt to changing environments, and handle ongoing challenges.
- Demonstrated proactive approach to business development and growth initiatives.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
