Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in hospitality sales and business development. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving hotel sales by developing new corporate and business accounts while nurturing long-term client relationships. This position demands a proactive and strategic approach to identifying new business opportunities and promoting a wide range of hotel services, including rooms, banquet facilities, events, and food and beverage offerings. The role is based on-site and offers a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand new corporate and business accounts to increase revenue streams.
- Drive hotel sales efforts to consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and on-site visits to promote hotel services.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Actively promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, events, and food and beverage services to potential clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in hotel sales or business development within the hospitality sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills essential for client engagement and deal closure.
- Proven track record of generating business and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Professional demeanor with excellent client-handling and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 125,000 to Rs. 135,000.
- On-site work location that facilitates direct engagement with clients and collaboration with the hotel team.
