Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in hospitality sales and business development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving hotel sales, developing new corporate and business accounts, and maintaining excellent client relationships. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and promote various hotel services including rooms, banquets, events, and food & beverage offerings. The position is based on-site and offers a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new corporate and business accounts to expand the client base.
- Drive hotel sales efforts to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, and client visits to foster engagement.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, events, and food & beverage services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in hotel sales or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Proven track record of generating business and achieving sales targets.
- Professional demeanor with excellent client-handling abilities.

Compensation and Work Location:
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs125,000 to Rs135,000. The role requires working in person at the designated location.
