Business Development Manager (Pakistan)

Key Responsibilities
- Identify sales targets and key opinion leaders to expand market reach.
- Present FxPro’s products and services to potential new clients effectively.
- Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities.
- Identify and analyze key markets, providing strategic input to guide business decisions.
- Develop and implement market-specific strategies to drive growth.
- Plan and organize webinars and promotional activities tailored to targeted markets.
- Maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
- Arrange and participate in meetings with current and potential contacts.
- Represent the company at major industry events to build brand presence.
- Document all business development activities to track progress and outcomes.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar industry or role.
- Fluency in one or more South Asian languages is essential.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, adapt to change, and handle ongoing challenges.
- Demonstrated proactive approach to business development and problem-solving.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required for business needs.
