Business Development Officer (BDO)

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and contribute to expanding our client base in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting market research, and building strong relationships to drive business growth. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to manage client data and sales reports efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, and various outreach channels.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and qualify leads specifically within the U.S. market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Negotiate with clients to understand their business needs and uncover new growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate client records, sales reports, and outreach data using Microsoft Office tools.

Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in outbound sales or business development roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant Office applications.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience with U.S. federal procurement campaigns is considered a plus.
