Business Development Officer

Ranking Curve Digital, a prominent digital marketing agency based in Faisalabad, is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a solid background in sales, marketing, and business development, with a demonstrated ability to generate new business opportunities and contribute to company growth. This role requires a proactive individual who can build and maintain strong client relationships while working collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:
Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint potential clients and emerging business prospects. Generate leads through various channels including networking and cold calling. Build and sustain relationships with prospective clients to maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Client Relationship Management:
Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and concerns. Develop strategies to upsell and cross-sell services, enhancing client value and company revenue.

Sales and Marketing:
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals tailored to prospective clients. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create impactful sales materials and campaigns. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Strategy and Planning:
Design and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company goals. Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities. Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and key performance indicators.

Team Collaboration:
Work in partnership with other departments to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas toward the development of overall business strategies.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a comparable role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

This is a full-time, in-person position offering a monthly salary range of Rs25,000 to Rs70,000 depending on experience.
