Business Development Officer

Polydoors is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team and help expand our presence in the Islamabad and Rawalpindi region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and promoting our FRP product line in a competitive market. This role requires a proactive individual with a solid understanding of the local market and the ability to meet sales and recovery targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities and generate sales within the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, contractors, architects, and consultants.
- Conduct regular visits to construction sites, markets, projects, and potential customers to promote Polydoors FRP products.
- Identify new projects, dealers, and other business opportunities to expand market reach.
- Achieve assigned sales and recovery targets on a timely basis.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date market visit and sales reports.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of the Islamabad and Rawalpindi market dynamics.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Own vehicle or bike is preferred to facilitate travel and client visits.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
