We are seeking a motivated Business Development Officer to join our team in Karachi and play a vital role in expanding our presence within the Polymer, Plastic, and Packaging industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting innovative packaging solutions to a diverse range of industrial and commercial customers. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify market trends, develop strategic sales proposals, and collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer portfolio in the Polymer, Plastic, and Packaging sectors.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships while consistently achieving assigned sales targets.
- Promote plastic and polymer packaging solutions tailored to the needs of industrial and commercial customers.
- Identify emerging market trends, potential new customers, and areas for business growth.
- Prepare detailed sales proposals, quotations, and market intelligence reports to support business development efforts.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless order execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant sales experience, preferably within the Polymer, Plastics, Flexible Packaging, or Packaging industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills, with a proven ability to develop and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Target-driven and proactive mindset with a focus on achieving measurable business growth.
- Must be currently based in Karachi, Pakistan.
