Business Development Representative

CrewBloom is seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving company growth by identifying new sales opportunities and nurturing relationships with prospects. You will engage in lead generation, manage inbound and outbound sales, and contribute to the overall success of the organization by customizing systems and processes to fit your approach. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where teamwork and equal contribution are highly valued. This position offers an hourly rate starting at $6 USD.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and manage CRM database effectively
- Represent the company at tradeshows and conferences
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and conduct cold calling for outbound sales
- Develop and pursue new business opportunities
- Maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication
- Participate actively in organizational meetings and retreats

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with experience in outside sales, inside sales, lead generation, digital marketing, healthcare sales or marketing, and consulting services sales or marketing will receive additional consideration.

Technical and Work Environment Requirements
- Reliable primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps, plus a backup connection of at least 10 Mbps capable of supporting work during outages
- Primary device: Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor, and at least 8 GB RAM
- Backup device meeting or exceeding Intel Core i3 performance, functional during power interruptions
- Webcam and noise-canceling USB headset required
- Quiet, dedicated home office space
- Smartphone for communication and verification purposes
