Business Development Representative

KalSoft is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative Intern based in Karachi. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct professional client interactions, providing accurate information about KalSoft’s services and solutions.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Follow up on leads consistently and maintain communication to convert prospects into customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to client inquiries and requirements.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales activities, and pipeline reports using CRM systems.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support strategic business development.
- Participate actively in sales meetings, training sessions, and other business development activities.
- Represent KalSoft professionally during meetings, events, and client engagements.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or graduation completed.
