Business Development Representative

Simply Connect is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their team in Karachi. This full-time, on-site role requires working night shifts aligned with US business hours. The successful candidate will focus on identifying potential business clients, generating qualified leads, and creating new sales opportunities to support the company’s growth in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential business clients through cold calling and proactive outreach efforts.
- Generate qualified leads and engage with decision-makers to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospects, scheduling meetings to advance sales discussions.
- Follow up consistently on leads and maintain accurate records of all outreach activities.
- Meet or exceed assigned lead generation and outreach targets in a target-driven environment.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably targeting the US market.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience in cold calling and client outreach techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools is highly desirable.
- Competitive salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs80,000 per month.
