Business Development Representative

Aleemsons Chemicals is seeking an energetic and motivated Business Development Representative to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about exploring new markets, identifying business opportunities, and building strong customer relationships. Fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of experience are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads and prospects.
- Conduct cold calls to approach potential customers and develop new business opportunities.
- Perform regular market visits, including industrial estate and manufacturing facility visits, to identify prospective customers.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Explore new product applications and potential market opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Assist the sales team in expanding the customer base and achieving sales targets.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science (Chemistry), Chemical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in field-based business development are highly encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Starting Basic Salary: PKR 40,000 per month.
