CIVITECH, a multidisciplinary firm specializing in engineering, design, consultancy, surveying, and construction services, is seeking a motivated and professional Business Development Specialist to join their team in Lahore. This full-time role involves representing the company, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth across various sectors including infrastructure development, architectural and engineering design, drone surveying, GIS, project management, and urban planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within both public and private sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Represent CIVITECH in client meetings, presentations, business discussions, and networking events.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored solutions.
- Prepare company profiles, proposals, quotations, presentations, Expressions of Interest (EOIs), and business correspondence professionally.
- Follow up on submitted quotations, proposals, tenders, and potential business leads.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, upcoming projects, partnerships, and new sectors for expansion.
- Maintain an organized database of leads, clients, consultants, contractors, and business contacts.
- Coordinate meetings with government departments, private organizations, consultants, developers, architects, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Assist management in identifying tenders, prequalification opportunities, and potential projects.
- Develop effective business pitches and presentations tailored to different clients and projects.
- Coordinate with engineering, architectural, surveying, estimation, and project management teams for technical and commercial proposal preparation.
- Manage professional follow-ups through calls, emails, meetings, and other communication channels.
- Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the business development and project acquisition process.
- Support the development of CIVITECH’s corporate branding, marketing materials, website content, and social media presence as needed.
- Prepare regular reports on leads, meetings, proposals submitted, opportunities under consideration, and overall business development progress.
- Assist the CEO and senior management in strategic business development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Marketing, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related professional discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in business development, client relations, sales, consultancy, architecture, engineering, construction, real estate, or related sectors preferred.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills may also be considered.
