Role Description The Business Development Specialist role at Skytex Corporation is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with potential and existing clients in the medical instruments sector. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, preparing proposals, and supporting contract negotiations.

The specialist will collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop growth strategies, improve customer outreach, and enhance the company’s presence in target markets. Regular tasks also involve maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, following up on inquiries, and providing high-quality customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret market data, sales performance, and competitive landscape.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for presenting proposals, conducting meetings, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify prospects, explore new markets, and support strategic planning.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage client relationships, respond to inquiries, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Relevant experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in medical devices or healthcare-related industries.
Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Lahore, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
