Business Development Specialist (Outbound Sales)

We are looking for motivated individuals with strong communication skills to start their careers in a client-facing, sales-focused role within the US healthcare sector. This position primarily involves making outbound voice calls to prospects in the United States, engaging them in conversations, qualifying their interest, and supporting the sales pipeline. The role is based in Lahore, with working hours from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM Pakistan Standard Time. Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospects based in the United States.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to introduce healthcare-related services.
- Generate interest and qualify leads based on their relevance and level of interest.
- Perform timely and consistent follow-ups to nurture leads throughout the sales process.
- Support the sales funnel from initial outreach through to qualified opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of call logs, data, and reporting.
- Work effectively in a target-driven environment, meeting KPIs and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent spoken English communication skills (mandatory).
- Confidence in handling live calls and conversations.
- Willingness to work in a cold-calling and sales-oriented environment.
- Strong listening, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain consistent and handle rejection professionally.
- Basic understanding of sales concepts is a plus but not required.
